As these women are usually not accepted or able to be absorbed in mainstream employment, Om Creations is a place of work for them. It is where they are included in every facet of life, and at the same time earn a livelihood and support their families.

The young adults get a stipend at the end of the month and Om Creations relies on selling their products in order to sustain the women and the centre itself.
